PERMABOND TA4631 is a 2-part, 1:1
no odour acrylic adhesive. It has been developed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene with no primer or expensive surface treatment required. It can also be used to bond a wide variety of other materials such as metals and composite materials and is ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces.
This product is similar to TA4630 but does not contain micro beads making it suitable for joints with smaller gaps. It has been specially formulated to have no odour, improving worker comfort.

These polyolefin adhesive has no perceptible odour so, consequently, it is ideal in applications such as automotive interior trim where residual smell is undesirable. It also performs well on dissimilar materials such as plastics and recycled plastic components, PTFE, acetal or polyamide parts to carbon fibre, rubber, stainless steel, and other metals.
